Hey folks and well-wishers,
Let me introduce the firm to you. I am Srikanth Hariharan, Managing Partner of Hariharan and Hariharan Law Offices(H&H).This firm was started by my father Shri Hariharan Vaidyanathan, whose 32 years experience in the practise of law has been a major contribution to the growth of the firm, and me. The main objective is to provide the highest possible quality and inexpensive legal service to as many people as possible.
In a country, with a population of over a billion people, we have noticed that quality and inexpensive legal service is not available to all in this country. So, it is the duty of public spirited citizens like lawyers along with the Legal Service Authority to ensure that quick, effective, speedy and inexpensive justice is available to all especially to the disadvantaged sections of our society. We at H&H try to take utmost care that no person is turned down for lack of financial resources to fund his litigation expenses. It is our aim to provide legal help to the maximum number of people possible not only by providing legal expertise in solving their issues but also by providing legal advice.
As we all know, empowerment of any kind is possible only through education. Only when people get to know of their privileges, their rights, their duties, they will be able to fight for their rights without the fear of being trampled upon by the powerful. And since there can be no better alternative and cost-effective idea than blogging, we have chosen this medium. Technology and law, if combined, leads to legal empowerment of the citizens. Hence, it will be our endeavour at H&H to enlighten people legally..
From here on we will be posting on various topics to create awareness among the masses about the basic legal education, the kind of work that goes on in the Courts of Law and how can people approach the appropriate forum at the right time. We will also be discussing on alternative dispute resolution mechanism such as Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation. We request the people following the blog to spread this information further and help us achieve our aim.
